Client: Common Threads Website
Description: Responsive website design for Common Threads
It feels good to give back to the global community, a natural karmic recalibrator of sorts. And Common Threads, a national nonprofit organization that teaches kids in lower income urban communities the how-to’s of healthy eating and living through cooking, made our desire to get involved in this project a no-brainer.
They have a total grass roots approach to education, taking the time to teach through activity, to inspire the desire to change via firsthand experiences.
Collaborating with Method Engine, ZimmerDesign was tasked with establishing the creative direction of the website and the website’s photography to reflect the joyful, hopeful message of the organization, and to do a gut redesign of the site from scratch. We riffed off the multicolors in the existing logo to inspire our design, and kept the layouts rich with good vibes.
You’ve got an idea for a project and/or you want to collaborate with us. We want to hear what you’ve got to say. Don’t be shy.
