‘How to make a house a home’ was the governing query the creative brief asked. A true collaboration between client Stout Collective and agency, Zimmer-Design, the revamped Stout website needed to be a singular showcase of their uber-diverse portfolio of brewery creative.
By breaking down the barriers a studio often encounters when branding for themselves, Zmmr developed an innovative method of presenting the work. We helped the team identify the creative they were already aceing and assisted them in embracing the quirks of their brand–what makes their process, work, and thinking unique.
The site evolved: three simple columns would scroll independently from one another, divided further into halves and quarters, loosely following the principles of the Golden Ratio. Whimsical illustrations and playful language are peppered throughout to give a taste of the joyful personality of the team behind the company. An informal, engaging, flexible site sprung to life that aims to embody Stout’s one-of-a-kind “extra sauce” spirit.
